Plenty of Fruit 20 Hot is a follow up to Novomatic’s previous slot machine called Plenty of Fruit 20, but what makes it so different?

The creators have redesigned the reels and added some extra heat – thanks to the higher non-progressive jackpot potential of 10,000 coins. You will both find wilds and scatters whizzing around the reels, to provide extra ways of winning some great cash prizes.

You don’t need to bet huge stakes to win some decent amounts of cash, because Plenty of Fruit 20 Hot slot machine allows you to play from 0.02 a line or 5.00 a line – so, if you were playing all 20 paylines, minimum stakes would cost you just 0.40 and the maximum would be 100.00 in every spin.

Squashing Theme

The inclusion of the word ‘hot’ in the name is probably something to do with the fact that this machine is red – very red, plus when the symbols on the reels form winning combinations, they will produce burning hot flames. The reels themselves are black and the colours come from all of the symbols and the different paylines featured either side of the reels.

Game Features

Wild – as with the previous slot release, Plenty of Fruit 20 Hot has a wild and it is also represented by the red 7. It can be used to complete winning combinations on your active paylines to boost your balance. It will substitute for all other symbols except for the scatter, as this holds its own feature.

Scatter – three or more of the star symbols will award you with a multiplier win based on your bet.

Gamble – any win that falls on the reels, no matter how small will allow you to gamble. Hit that orange gamble button and you will be shown a flashing deck of cards with red and black options either side. Guess what you think the next colour card will be to win. This is a 50/50 game of chance and you can view the previous 5 cards on your screen, to try and help you with your decision. Our Summary

We are not going to lie to you, Plenty of Fruit 20 Hot is almost identical to its predecessor, it lacks features to keep players entertained. When we decided to have a crack at the slot machine, we were unimpressed with the amount of spins (and cash) it took to actually get some sort of win on the reels.

Thankfully, the gamble feature helped us top our balance back up on more than one occasion.

There is no music with the slot machine, just a rather strange sound when the reels fall into place, it sounds almost like someone tapping their fingers impatiently on a desk. You will hear a little jingle when you trigger a win and then this in turn brings the countdown clock sound – because now you have to decide whether to gamble or collect your current win.
